Certificate in Intergenerational Communication
REGISTRATION: $1,200
REGISTERBUILD UNDERSTANDING. STRENGTHEN COLLABORATION. LEAD ACROSS GENERATIONS.
In today's workplace, five generations work side by side, each with unique experiences, communication styles, and expectations. While each generation brings valuable strengths, multigenerational teams can struggle when differing communication styles lead to confusion, frustration, or missed opportunities for collaboration.
The Certificate in Intergenerational Communication is designed to help you communicate more effectively across generations. You'll explore real workplace examples, reflect on your own style, and learn practical ways to build understanding among colleagues of different ages with different experiences. Whether you're leading a team or simply want to strengthen everyday interactions, this program helps you build trust and communicate with greater ease and confidence.
