The School of Human Resources and Labor Relations’ lifelong network of distinguished alumni is one of the keys to our School’s success.

More than a third of our alumni advance to top executive positions including chief human resource officers, vice presidents, senior vice presidents, partners and presidents of their companies and business units.

Our alumni network reinvests that wealth of experience, knowledge, and expertise back into our program by returning to campus to inspire and educate the next generations of human resources and labor relations talent. They stay actively engaged as members of our Advisory Board and Alumni Relations Board, and return often to campus to speak in classrooms and attend other events in support of our students and the School.
