Organizations that engage in strategic planning help ensure that every employee knows what the priorities are for delivering on their service promise and achieving their vision. A strategic plan can also be a tool to help prioritize hard decisions and opportunities as they arise.
This introduction to strategic planning will provide you and your team with the tools and information you need to understand key elements of strategic planning, tips for success, and traps to avoid. Both non-profit and for-profit organizations will benefit from the course content.
The program will provide a solid overview of strategic planning for organizational leaders, managers, HR professionals, and employees who want to participate in developing and implementing effective strategic plans.
