The Graduate Student Leader Award is one of the university's top recognitions for graduate students, celebrating individuals who make meaningful contributions to their peers and the MSU community through leadership and service.
Robach's leadership has been evident through her role as president of MSU's student chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA),where she has created meaningful opportunities that connect learning to practice. She also brought in external perspectives by hosting a guest speaker from MSUFCU and developed a graduate assistantship panel that helped expand awareness of professional pathways within the program.
Beyond LERA, Robach represented MSU in two national case competitions, earning award recognition in both, and contributed to a consulting project with Beehive Industries, where she worked with a student team to develop a code of conduct for a growing defense organization. Her professional experience includes an internship with Delta Dental of Michigan and a graduate assistantship in the Broad College of Business. Across each of these efforts, Jessica demonstrates a steady commitment to building community and creating opportunities that help others grow.
