Associate Professor, Dr. Tina Riley, and Director of Professional Development, Melanie Zaremba, facilitated the session Leading Multigenerational Teams: Strategies for Inclusive and Effective Leadership for a group of 30+ leaders at the Michigan Gaming Control Board.

The interactive program guided participants through understanding generational identities, communication preferences, and the strengths each age cohort brings to the workplace. Leaders explored practical tools to build inclusive team cultures, promote psychological safety, and develop strategies for bridging differences to enhance collaboration.
