Anne Rossio

  • Internship: IBM; Armonk, NY

  • As President of LERA, I am passionate about sharing my interest in labor and employee relations with my fellow MSU students and industry professionals. Through speakers and events, our LERA team hopes to expand the understanding of current issues in labor and employee relations as well as facilitate relationships, and grow the life-long network between students and professionals in the field. For my undergrad, I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Biology from Northern Michigan University. I also received my Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University. In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, travel, and adventure.

Roy Webber

  • Internship: International Paper; Montgomery, AL

  • I am from Clio, MI. I received my bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Michigan. I obtained a law degree from Wayne State University. After law school I clerked for a State Circuit Court Judge for a number of years and since 2016 I serve in a labor relations management role for a County Government. I decided to pursue this program to make the switch to Corporate America. In my free time I like to play recreational volleyball and read.

Hannah Grove

  • Internship: International Paper; Georgetown, SC

  • I am a double Spartan, born and raised in the small town of Grand Ledge. I graduated in May 2018 with my Bachelors in Human Resource Management from the Broad College of Business. I came right to the program after undergrad, and worked throughout my undergrad with the State of Michigan. I will be spending my summer with International Paper in South Carolina, and I'm very excited to learn as much as possible and spend my weekends on the beach. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching sports, and reading.

Cody Richfield

  • Internship: Fortive; Everett, WA

  • I was raised in Hillsboro, Oregon and received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University (Go Beavers!). I am looking forward to providing development opportunities for HRLR students as the Financial Officer.
