Mission

Labor and Employment Relations Association Mid-Michigan Chapter Student Affiliate

The organization shall operate for the purpose of creating and fostering relationships with the Labor and Employment Relations professional community, extending our network and expanding upon our scholarly knowledge.

Goals of LERA:

  • To provide balanced, meaningful programs that broaden members' understanding of the labor, employment, and industrial relations fields in the professional world.
  • To establish and develop contacts with labor, employment, and industrial relations professionals, especially with members of the LERA Mid-Michigan Chapter.
  • To foster personal contacts and the exchange of information between LERA members.
  • To network and build strong ties with alumni to aid members in their job search.

LERA
