Steps for Submitting Your Transcripts

NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR FALL 2022

Admissions will remain open until the cohort is full

We recognize that the global COVID-19 pandemic has made it difficult for some applicants to take the GRE or GMAT. Thus, we are making the GRE/GMAT requirement optional for Fall 2022 master's admissions. The MHRLR admissions committee strongly recommends submitting GRE or GMAT scores for those who are able, while recognizing that this is not an option for all applicants.

If you are not submitting a GRE or GMAT score as part of your application materials, please submit an academic statement that includes a discussion of both your past experiences (work or academic) involving data analysis and the strength of your quantitative analytical skills.

For questions, please contact Melanie Zaremba at mzaremba@msu.edu.

  • Provide one set of official transcripts of all academic work completed at colleges and universities.

  • FOR MSU STUDENTS ONLY
When completing the online application process, you will receive a message that MSU is waiving the transcript requirement. Please note, you are still required to request your official transcripts be sent from the MSU registrar's office to the Academic Program Coordinator in the HRLR department.

  • FOR NON-MSU STUDENTS
Applicants who have attended other colleges or universities must arrange with those registrars to have their official transcripts sent directly to the Academic Program Coordinator in the HRLR department.

  • Mail all transcripts to:
