Michigan State University's School of Human Resources and Labor Relations Celebrates Matt Hahnenberg's Promotion to Senior Academic Specialist

Michigan State University's School of Human Resources and Labor Relations (HRLR) is pleased to announce that Matt Hahnenberg has been promoted to senior academic specialist, effective July 1, 2026, in recognition of his sustained excellence in academic advising, student support and service to the university community.
Hahnenberg serves as the undergraduate academic advisor for the School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, where he plays a central role in integrating academic advising, experiential learning, and employer engagement. He supports students throughout their academic journey by providing academic planning, career guidance, and internship opportunities that help connect classroom learning with professional development. His promotion reflects sustained excellence in student support, program development, and undergraduate success.
