National Survey of Hotel Housekeepers

The National Survey of Hotel Housekeepers is the first national survey aimed at capturing information about guest room attendants' work and their experience with technologies like algorithmic management.

The survey launched in mid-August 2025, with more information about the survey and its public findings being made available in the near future.
