On December 29, 2022, the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) was signed by President Biden and will go into effect on June 27, 2023.This video will provide a brief overview of the PWFA and PUMP Act and the legal protections they provide for employees who are pregnant or new mothers. Presenter:
