Pregnant Workers Fairness Act

On December 29, 2022, the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) was signed by President Biden and will go into effect on June 27, 2023.

This video will provide a brief overview of the PWFA and PUMP Act and the legal protections they provide for employees who are pregnant or new mothers.
