Tina Riley, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the School of Human Resources & Labor Relations at Michigan State University. She holds a PhD in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education with a concentration in Organizational Communications and a Master of Arts in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University. Dr. Riley serves as a management development consultant and develops and teaches workshops on leadership, management development, and a variety of human resource management topics. She administers the MBTI and facilitates individual and group MBTI sessions. Her work incorporates a variety of approaches to enhance the learning experience.
